• NardFit Elite: 440 N Third Street, Baton Rouge, La. 70802. Members are permitted to park in our members only parking lot located at the corner of 3rd Street & Main Street. Drive up to the first parking gate and call 225-209-9633 for entry.

Cancellation of Gym Memberships:
1. Notification: Members must notify NardFit of their intent to cancel their gym membership by via email only at nardfitelitebr@gmail.com
2. Deadline: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the next billing cycle.
3. Confirmation and Acknowledgement: NardFit will send a confirmation email within 5 business days of receipt. Members are responsible for ensuring that this confirmation is received. Unacknowledged requests will not be considered valid cancellations.
4. Final Billing: A final payment may be charged, covering the last month of service post-confirmation.
5. No Refunds: There are no refunds for partial months or non-usage of the facility.
Protection Against Unnoticed Cancellation:
• Account Monitoring: Members are responsible for monitoring their account statements to ensure cessation of payments post-cancellation.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding unnoticed cancellations must be reported within 30 days of the account statement showing the disputed charge.
• Liability Limitation: NardFit is not liable for refunds of charges made due to failure to acknowledge cancellation confirmation or for unreported unnoticed ongoing fee drafts beyond the 30-day dispute period.
This policy is intended to maintain a fair and transparent relationship with our members, protecting both the interests of our clients and the operational integrity of NardFit.
