Renard M. Thomas aka NardFit is a native of Opelousas, Louisiana and the owner of NardFit Elite 24hr Downtown / NardFit Studio MidCity & NardFit, LLC. Celebrity personal trainer for the Award Winning Movie QUEEN & SLIM to star Daniel Kaluuya & Co-Star Jodie Turner-Smith. NardFit has worked with professional athletes ranging from NBA, WNBA, NFL, MLB, Pro Boxing, Pro Volley Ball including Pro Soccer. He focuses his technique primarily on calisthenics incorporating personal training, group training, and online training. His gyms and training is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Renard's love of training did not stem from overnight; rather, it was developed from his interest in boxing. He immediately fell in love with working out, setting body goals, and going beyond his expected potential. From that point on Renard knew that he would forever form a passion for training. As his love grew for training he unexpectedly gained a fan-base through social media known as @iamnardfit_ on instagram with his creative body weight techniques, and others sought interest in wanting him to train them as well. His clientele expanded so vastly it inspired him to have his own personal gym.  Within that process he began traveling boot-camps to different cities throughout Louisiana and surrounding states within the south. His determination and hard work led him to be a 24 year old business owner with now two established gyms in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
